We have completed a £1M two-storey office development for a private client in Whitefield, Manchester.
The project was undertaken on a Design and Build basis, which includes co-ordination with an interior designer and the Client direct furniture, IT and Security Contractors. The project is constructed on a site with tight access and is of a masonry, steelwork and metal decked construction.
Despite the adverse weather conditions earlier in the year the Project was completed by the agreed date and the Client are happy with their new facility.
